Every customer has to be delt differently. If its a big commentary, I would have gone spinal column to him and explained what I felt almost the whole situation. Just similar to you said "he was expecting for me to pilfer care of his keyboard" When he cleaned the board next to the wrong solution he has voided my policy for warranty. /sometimes we enjoy to bite the bullet and take a loss by giving the customer what he requirements just to hold his business. Then again, if your business dealings beside this customer is minor to the others, then I would detail him by working on the keyboard himself you cannot offer him a warranty and you can stop dealing with him. He is a risk for a directive suit if he is not abiding by your rules.
