I hold been utilizing a commercial building for just about 6 yrs and the owner (my wifes) grandpa just died and the kids took over, and unsophisticatedly wanted my rent to step wayyyy up. So I pulled my equipment out and store outside and some at my dads and some at my home. Now they are looking to sell. I dont see moving back inside, but I guess I would hold FREE outside parking and a 35% investment on this building and lot, located in a prime commercial nouns. If we can find additional renters for the outside lot and someone to rent the building, that would be some extra lolly flowing in respectively month. Even though they're family, treat them close to strangers. That means contracts for everything, which medium getting a good legal representative.
