I would start each item at a 1/4 of what you get them at the store for. Anyone who collects them and knows what they are looking at would probably dipper them right up. Or go highly developed if you feel neccessary. You might want to inventory them on ebay first and see if you can get more for them. Be thrifty with the courtyard sale and put the highly developed priced items closer to your cash out table. Unfortunately citizens are not as honest as they seem and may bearing off near them. I go to my first show (I make earrings also) last year, and it be a real eye starter! I found out that most of the shoppers were after that lolly and carry item; bracelets, anklets, and earrings. Most of my more expensive things resembling rings and necklaces were oohhed and ahhed over be not purchased. Make several copies of your most popular item so that you can replace it when it sells.
I have three tables (8' each) draped them surrounded by white table clothes, scattered a few plenty of sequins across them so that they glittered from across the room. I laid all of my necklaces on the trays beside the velvet liner, pinned them down the night beforehand so that I was organized to display. Bracelets I grouped into cool pottery or stone bowls, rings I slung onto a dowel (like an upright tabloid towel holder) that my hubby made. Have great lighting (Ikea is a great place for halogen mini lamps) to get that stuff sparkling, no woman can resist a fitting sparkle :o)
Count on the little inexpensive stuff to sell first, but getting your entitle out there is a short time ago as important, bring business cards (even if you receive them on your computer), I sold many of my glorious end products after the show over several weeks from buyers that remembered me. I brought $2000 worth of stuff, sold $1200 at the show (it be a small one), and sold another $500 after the show.
My client list is moderately large immediately, they know what I do, so I am planning on more than $2000 this year, but my focus will still be the cash and get crowd.
