The letter sent from the wholesaler that,
he's in romania and his wife will transport an item.
The auction hasnt even ended even so and the seller offered me the price I bidded second time. He asked my personal info such as name, address, and total amount, wise saying that the paypal will send me an allowed guidelines and instructions. And I was wondering if this would be one of the trader scams.

Starting my own business - Cleaning Services?

I have contracted to go fund to school and do not believe that I will know how to continue my full time daytime job and be a successful student. One perception that I have come up near is starting my own business. The business that I think will work the best next to my schedule would be a commercial cleaning service. You didn't say what arts school you were dropping out of - college? or is it dignified school?

Well, it's not really your shortcoming. If they had gotten shipping insurance, consequently that would be a different story. I have manage a business with an average of 12 workforce for ten years. I find it very difficult to draw from good honest culture. It is always something, i.e. stealing money from the change register, lying about hours worked, covering up for another dishonest member of staff, etc.etc. I have other done my best to keep a horizontal head within stressful situations, be friendly and understanding, I try terrifically hard to promote a troop atmosphere but there are other those who abuse it. Just today I have a situation where an hand wrote time on her timesheet that wasn't worked. ( I wrote her up and gave her 3 days sour with no pay) I have a feeling that I should have fired her probably but it is a situation where on earth I am friends with her mother and told her that if it be anyone else she would have be automatically dismissed. Then another person tried to cover for her which to me is simply as dishonest. What can we do to make folks understand and keeping about the company they work for?

You as the manager set the tone for the discipline and integrity and work traditions of the team you conduct operations. If you give an member of staff an inch they will take a mile until it is clear to everyone that an inch is allowed not a mile. You can't be everyones friend you own to enforce the rules. The team will develop but first you own to have a squad mind set and people that want to be on a troop. If you want to change the culture of the group you'll own to do it yourself dont expect the employees to do it.
Pay them more or contribute them an incentive to do better, give them an opportunity where on earth it isn't "JUST A JOB" where its a fun place to work where on earth they would be happy to come within and be proud of the place they work at. Free food from time to time. If you aren't running a restaurant order a pizza and some soda for them. Benefits are other good too. Are you dealing near teenagers? they pretty much won't respect it as a job they never respect anything really. They are probably simply there because their parents made them carry a job.. All specifically in the teenager's head these days is newly wanting to have fun they hold to go to arts school and deal near problems there and matter with teacher and authority figures within then stir home and deal next to mom and dad and brothers and sisters more authority. If you could get down on their horizontal somehow, break the barrier between you and them. I have motivation at my opening I just started, my boss took me contained by under his wing and give me less stressful job where I freshly deal beside the paperwork and it motivated me by a long shot. Now I am in a position where on earth yeah I do have to work on the queue at the warehouse then I kick over and wrap pallets then I do the paperwork. The other guys are newly standing there on the dash and its boring but me I have some responsibilities and it give me more hours for doing so while the other people are going home I am earn overtime just making copies on the copy gadget its easy money. You could do this for your body and make one or two of them have a feeling good and sort of promote others up too as you see they are doing really very well. give some society more hours or if you are dealing with teens dispense them extra days off when they want a time off consent to them have it sour that there is big motivation for a teen cuz they hold so many things they hold to do in a given week. They already spend 40 hours at academy a week then run home and have to do homework next have to accord with go at home and want to hang out beside their friends then they enjoy to go to work and work conceivably on the weekend. Give your teen employees a break i.e. a big one if they request it give it to them they will love you for it.
