If the actual cost is $375 then we generate a better profit. If it is $325 then we drink the cost. Our installers are very suitable at estimating costs.
That should just be included into the cost of the supplies and not billed separately.
You should be charging sale tax on your entire invoice. This will cover your supplies as resourcefully as your labor.
If it's for building a house or something similar, you might not have to have paid duty in the first place - check next to a CPA or call your state sale tax dept.
