Most "work-at-home" listings offering money doing such thigs as assembling products are scams. Think just about it: why would a company go through adjectives the trouble shipping you something and shipping it back, when they can take it from China for pennies? Selling vitamins is no different. Question:I am trying to figure out a chart for the human resources, so they can see how the business is doing.Answers:
Microsoft Excel would do just fine to create charts for a small business - especially if you are solely doing it for your employees. If you are doing charts to show potential investors, consequently investing in better chart creating software may brand name more sense.
However, if you want improved charts, you can any get an second plugin for your main chart software (whether you are using Excel or Corel or any other software); or revise the charts and make them look pretty near Adobe Illustrator. One plugin I like is CrystalGraphics (cost is $99), which have a product called Powerplug Charts that allow you to create more visually pleasing charts and graphs than what Excel can provide.

what are the adavantages and disadvantages of starting a Franchise?
Question:Answers:
Franchising incorporates the features of both a start-up and an existing operation. The franchise is the right to sell a product or service. When you purchase a franchise you are vitally paying for the right to market an already established product or service owned by somebody else (the franchisor). Under your franchise agreement, you (the franchisee) are expected to marketplace the product/service successfully.
This alternative route to business ownership has some distinct advantages. Risk is minimized, since a deep-rooted franchise has a proven business method beside established products or services. Franchises like McDonald's already have well-known identify that could easily bring customers to the business and provide a competitive control for the franchisee.
Many franchise organizations also provide extensive assistance contained by terms of marketing, selling, even managerial support. Oftentimes, headship training and follow-up assistance are provided. In many instances, In codicil, you can realize cost savings on inventory items, supplies and equipment due to bulk purchase directives made by the franchisor, which in turn is passed on to franchisees. Some franchisors also assist the franchisee within securing financing, while some provide the funding themselves. Franchisees find it easier to convince banks and other lenders to provide loans because franchises are smaller quantity risky than start-up businesses. Support can also be given in finding the right location, while some provide the layout, display, services and business techniques that enjoy already proven successful in previous operation.
Franchising could present problems to the business owner. At the onset, the giant franchise fees required to be paid to the franchisor at the start of the franchise agreement may discourage any prospective business owners. Front fees can extent from a few thousand dollars to hundreds of thousands of dollars, depending on the franchise. While some franchisors may require high initial fees, the trade-off may be poor support functions once the operation begin.
In adjunct to the upfront fees, royalty fees are also required on a monthly basis. The royalty fees are monthly payments base on a certain percentage of the franchisee's income or sale, varying between 1 and 20 percent. Note that you still need to retribution royalty fees even if the business is not profitable.

The advantages and disadnavtages have already be covered, so I'll just endow with my personal oppinion on the matter: not worth it. Why? Well, if you enjoy then money but no experiente, HIRE someone WITH experience. If you own the experience and talent to actually RUN a successful business, you'll NEVER be beaming being tied up within somebody else's business. Although they'll make you work, and the business will be practically yours, you'll still be working for somebody else. Plus, big-time corporate products are on their means of access out anyway. If you want to start your own franchise, I totally support you (I'm talking in the region of OTHERS working for you... there are several franchises for smaller products presently, and people if truth be told tend to invest in this item... still don't exactly know why...).

People invest in franchises because they work, for the most part of a set. Just to professionally organize your business to submission as a franchise costs $120,000 to $200,000 in most cases.
As an overall evaluation on the differences of debut a franchise or opening an independent business, you simply own a much greater chance of surviving inside a franchise structure, because you're using a proven business system that works. If you believe YOU are going to be the deciding factor within whether or not your business succeeds, you're fooling yourself. The difference between successful businesses and failing businesses is that successful businesses realize that the management systems and marketing are more defining to their success than any person(s) surrounded by the operation.
A well designed franchise will own a structure that the great majority of independent businesses do not. The marketing plan is designed to use the latest psychological selling devices that independent operators simply don't know give or take a few. There are financial reporting systems in franchises that allow anyone who understand them to evaluate the business and diagnose problems without ever have set foot in the business. There are training programs base off proven technique some corporation along the way, such as Disney, spent millions researching. Systems for impressive teaching, member of staff motivation, retention and management. Independent restaurant owners don't own these.
In the restaurant world, it is speculated that 7 out of 10 independently operated restaurants will ultimately go amiss, and 7 out of 10 franchised restaurants will succeed. As a restaurant consultant, and having knowing lots, many independent and franchised restaurant owners, I discern those numbers jive with my experience.
If I be a betting man, I'd go next to whatever choice provided me next to the greatest chance of nouns. I would choose structure and proven systems over "faith" in my personal cleverness. I'd bet on the proven winner, not the statistical loser.
Franchises aren't becoming smaller quantity popular. Quite the opposite. The souk share for franchises is on a continual upswing. It always will be, as here will always be intelligent associates who would rather back their money on a proven system than to risk it on a startup.
If you'd like some information around an option that provides much of the structure and support of a franchise in need all the cost, look in the webpage for my Turn-Key Restaurant Plans at http://www.bodellconsulting.com/restaurantplans.htm.
