We are still using them, i'm on one right immediately. 800mhz processor, 8mb graphics card, 128 RAM, Windows 2000 Professional. This PC sucks, it's a work PC.

I'm not within that industry, but from my past experiences beside ordering shirts thats a tolerant estimate. Try to keep your shirt to below 4 or 5 colors, unless you really need more.
I had short sleeve shirts made for below $8 a shirt. Long sleeve were for a while more.
