Get Quicken. It keeps track of your spending.. your income, etc and you can create category and account to track doesn`t matter what it is you need to track.
Let's read aloud you're a partner.. you're also the manager so you attain a salary. So when it comes time to pay packet yourself per month then it's an expense.
Captain Morgan (that's you) category Salary type: expense amount: 3000 (yeah you don't return with paid **** but.. you seize.. dividends!)
Now let's say you want to pay envelope out profits at the end of the month. It's mutually agreed that you want to hold 20% of profits in the business.. that's call Retained Earnings and the rest of the profit is paid out among 4 partner. So at the end of the month you hold 10k in profit.. 20% you hold in the business and the other 80% is considered a business dividend.

You'd do this for the other 3 partners.
