I totally disagree beside the other answers. The template may be fine BUT they do not cover the only really far-reaching part and i.e. the content of the BP.
I have 12 years experience surrounded by writing BPs and in adjectives that time I have NEVER see a good BP written by the actual entreprenaur. A virtuous consultant looks at your business and ideas from 'outside of the box' and thus can write you a physical BP.
The entreprenaur almost invariable cannot see the wood for the trees and finishes with a BP whereby adjectives the answers are found, 'if you only figure out the product' viewpoint.
That is not a dutiful BP.

Starting a contemporary business activity?
Question:Just wondering if an existing business is involved in one industry and wishes to expand it to another industry what kind of processing have to take place contained by order for that to transpire as far paperwork etc??Answers:
There is really no paperwork requirement necessary to expand unless you expand into another state contained by which case you may enjoy to file next to local taxing authorities. Also if you expand into a regulated industry you might have to consider absolute regulatory requirements. Depending on the industry you chose to expand into there can also be license or other industry filing requirements. For example, if you own a vehicle painting shop and establish to buy some trucks to haul freight you would probably call for to ensure that you have the vital commercial driving licenses, permit, insurance, etc. Along those lines, if you paint cars and also want to sell wallpaper (or whatever) you don’t enjoy to file anything, as long as your paying your taxes and obey all the law that regulate business in your nouns. If you plan adding something unmarked in your current location beware of your local municipal ordinance, your area may be zoned for your current industry, but not what you want to do. Example, I own a consulting firm and now I want to vend retail, but my building is only zoned for professional services.
Companies expand within different ways within and outside of their own industries. I assume you are chitchat about what is indispensable for “horizontal integration”. This is when a company expands into different products that are similar to their current products. For example, I have a donut shop and I resolve to reach more customers I am going to get rid of pizza at lunch time. Sure it’s a weird stretch, but the expansion is really in the food service industry. When you hear horizontal integration think of a flat column like the horizon – you are moving side to side as you expand, not up or down the supply tie up.
Sometimes companies expand to get better control over their required resources or suppliers. Vertical integration is when a company expands into different areas along their product's supply and production pathway. To make sense of this regard of a company like a stationary businessman. If they decide they want control over their supplies they might buy a serious newspaper mill. They might go a step further and buy timberland to out of harm`s way the paper resource. They are expanding their control along different points of alike production path, but within vastly different industries. When you hear about a vertically integrated company meditate of vertical line. Vertical integration resources they own resources up and down their supply chain.
Some culture will suggest that you should concentrate on one area, but near are many companies that hold expanded into very diverse industries and they do extraordinarily well. Look at a company similar to Berkshire Hathaway. They own Geico Insurance and sell everything else from candy bar, to woven carpets, to industrial solvents. Are the successful at it? You bet! A single share of Berkshire Hathaway stock will cost you $89,500!
Good luck!
Other Answers:
none unless you want to own different federal ID. If you feel that the potential exists for the unmarked business to in any approach threaten the existing business, create a new corporation (lots of paperwork there). Just to take into a new business flash, there is no extramural paperwork necessary.

How do you prove innocence of pocketing of an item that get lost while within your charge?
Question:Im a GM for a company and a bank deposit come up missing. I thought I had it on me until I get to the bank. When I realised I didnt enjoy it, I called my store and asked my sis who works in attendance if there be a bank rucksack lying around anywhere. When she said no, I assumed like an idiot that it be locked in my department and did not look for it immediately. When I go to get it from my organization, it was not within. Now Im a suspect for theft.Answers:
As far as the company is concerned, whether you lost it or took it, you are the one that cause the company the loss.
If you gave someone $100 of your personal money and they said they would put within your bank vindication, and it never got at hand... would you care if the human being lost it or stole it? If you answered that yes, it would make a difference to you.... would you trust that personality to put money in your sketch again since they lost it before?
The company individual cares that it is gone, and who have it last.
Keep looking. Finding the money is the merely thing that could clear you.

how can I find out in the order of grant available contained by Mississippi to start a small business?
Question:Answers:
It is hard to find grant to start a business. Unlike the myths that some perpetuate, federal governing body and even private foundations hardly hand over grant money for a for-profit business. And yes, grant mean PAPERWORK - lots and lots of it, specifically why a cottage industry of grant writers be born.
Nonetheless, you can go to the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) http://www.cfda.gov and Grants.gov http://www.grant.gov - these are two sites created by the federal government to provide transparency and information on grant. Browse through the listings and see if you can find any grant that would support a for-profit activity.
Even if you buy books on "how to get grants" or document that supposedly has information on grant -- all of them are mere rehash of what CFDA have, albeit packaged differently. But still the info is equal - hardly any grant for starting a for profit business.
Even SBA does NOT give out grant. From the SBA website http://www.sba.gov/expanding/grants.html...
"The U.S. Small Business Administration does not offer grant to start or expand small businesses, although it does offer a wide-ranging variety of loan programs. (See http://www.sba.gov/financing for more information) While SBA does grant some grant programs, these are across the world designed to expand and enhance organizations that provide small business running, technical, or financial assistance. These grant generally support non-profit organization, intermediary lending institutions, and state and local government."
Here is a listing of federal grant for small businesses. See if there is any available for individuals for starting a business -- THERE'S NONE.
http://12.46.245.173/pls/portal30/CATALOG.BROWSE_BENEF_RPT.show
Most of the federal grant are given to specific target groups with specific requirements (e.g. minority business owners involved surrounded by transportation related contracts emanating from DOT - Grant#20.905 Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Short Term Lending Program
Grants are also regularly given to non profit groups or organizations involved within training or other similar activities (grant 59.043 Women's Business Ownership Assistance that are given to those who will create women's business center that will train women entrepreneurs
For private grant, you may want to check the Foundation Center's Foundation Grants for Individuals Online. It's a subscription based website ($9.95 per month) but their debut blurb only say that the database is ideal for "students, artists, bookish researchers, libraries and financial aid offices." Entrepreneurs are apparently not one of them, so I lift it they also don't have listings of private foundations who administer grants to would-be entrepreneurs.

Don't clear to many folders. You could sticky label them by month, year, category. Make a list first of adjectives the different types of things you have to profile, and then start looking at which category respectively of them would fall underneath and what would make the most sense.

The best thing to do is gain a web site designed to flog your paintings on splash. Find a web developer that would know how to get your website up and filch you by the hand to capture visitors that are looking to purchase your painting.
Do know..Just because you have a website doesn't parsimonious you'll get sell. You have to flog for those that are looking exactly what you have to contribute. It's just similar to advertising within the yellow page.
