bubble wrap and packing peanuts are the best process to go
bubble wrap and make sure it can't move around contained by the box. I would also get the shipping insurance. I would wage the few extra bucks to have it professionally package and then insured. If you have that cost built into your Ebay bid price, it will not be anything out of your pocket. If you did not, it might cost you a little, but it is still worth it if it save you an angry customer later.
