Does first night a business require a bachelors point?

Question:I was thinking just about going getting a degree surrounded by business and a cosmotology license because I would like to soon open a spa/salon, but do I have need of a bachelors degree within order to embark on a business? Would it be helpful?

Answers:
Nope..adjectives you need is the cosmotology license. I wouldn't lavish my time or money on the bachelor's degree because really it isn't going to abet you. I would however shadow someone who owns a business like you desire to open to see how they run thiers.

Other Answers:
To stretch out a business you just requirement money - to make it successful you involve knowledge and skill, among other things. How you get that, whether through academy or other means, is up to you.
I'm sure it'd be compassionate, but it is not needed. ANYONE can spread out there own business, but to be successful, it might aid to have a scope in business organization or something. Good LuCK!
NO.

Bill Gates did not finish college. Steve Jobs is a drop out. College degree is NOT a prerequisite. Common sense (lots of it), tenacity and intestinal fortitude are what's needed to succeed as an entrepreneur.
Hell, you don't even have need of to have brains to interested your own business. A degree can never hurt someone, but you do not want a BA to open a business. All your business will have need of is simple bookkeeping, not bookkeeping theory. It would be far more advantageous to be the BEST spine dresser in the business than to know a right set of books when you see them. Concentrate on what is important to you.
No! Just a perfect analysis of the market and whether the business is going to be viable. A scope may help you to do this but u want to look at a course that help you build the skills need to become the entrepreneur that you want to be!
A point in Business would be productive when running a business, but it is NOT necessary. I dream up you would require education contained by cosmotology to run your business, just to know what you are doing. You will entail a business license, which is basically a transcript of your business. Your customers would probably like to see that you enjoy some education surrounded by cosmotology and would like to see you be portion of associations that monitor your business.
no degree needed! acquire a job near a Solon you like and keep under surveillance and learn. study your trade and acquire a rep for being angelic. cultivate your clientele and see what you can do to bring them with you when you gross the plunge into your own shop.
i saw this done by my hair cutter, great guy and did honourable work. he sent out notices to his established customers when he open his own shop and he has be going strong for 10 years or more.
good luck.
I didnt graduate from college and I own a toy store. Maybe it would assistance to have some college credits within business, but I think Im doing fine minus it.

would anyone agree that these travels are Libelous?

Question:I have lately informed someone with a similar company to mine that I do not decision to be subcontracted to him ever again. He got the hump...and have emailed and copied our "private" emails to each other to everyone that he and I know who enjoy similar businesses and or work in one and the same industry! He has also emailed and included wildy unaccurate claims...copied and paste comments meant singular for him...out of context in an attempt to rubish me.....to our mutial associates. The argument be only ever between me and him...and have nothing whatsover to do near anyone else.
I think that could be libelous...and or Harrasment....what does anyone else estimate?

Answers:
Send an email to all the companies he have copied and pasted your email axiom something like

"Please adopt my apologies on behalf of (his company's name), for his unprofessional behaviour and misuse of the email system.

As you mave enjoy ascertained from his emails, there be a disagreement between our two businesses. I was attempting to come to a mutual apprehension, however, he has not be as mature within his efforts, notwithstanding his ruling to libel me. Once again, I apologise for this abuse and for involving yourselves surrounded by said dispute. I please ask that any malicious correspondance be see in the context contained by which it was intended."

Or something similar to that. Any mention of the specifics of his emails would sound precautionary and more indicative of guilt so pay it no more service than to read aloud he's just taken an irrational dislike to you and you own become quite 'concerned' next to his unprofessional attitude.

Other Answers:
This person have no right to forward your private emails to others who were not involved surrounded by your private disagreement. If this person is truly making false accusation about you within an attempt to defame your behaviour and/or your business, then yes, these movements are libelous.

I guess he is using poor judgement however, once the email hit his desk, it is his to do with what he requests. The inaccurate claims made by him in good health who knows. If you hold or had a devout reputation prior to these events then I am sure the business community know that and what he has to vote or do will have little impact on you or your business.

No I do not chew over you would get anywhere next to it. You would have to prove he have harmed you in some mode.

Sorry sending copies of youe emails is not libelous as these are accurate of what was said however he should not enjoy done this and there may be some crime committed contained by trying to damage your reputation ect
any false claims he have made are libelous

i am not sure of the position on the things he has copied and paste out of context as these were said/writen but if he is blatantly twisting the meaning afterwards you may have a argument for taking action

i would suggest you draw from some good endorsed advice what is it they articulate, you should never mix business with friendship!!Ive have a simlar situation, not as serious though, if your company's got a honest track record and built a dutiful reputation you shouldnt worry too much.
after adjectives it sounds like he should be backbone in the play ground not running a business.
Best bet is hold everything and speak with a solicitor.
Good luck

how much % between unharmed mart /retail price on clothes?

Question:

Answers:
u dint make ur point clear near this question.god knws what ur trying to amount out.still ill ans ur q as per my steal.
see a normal wholeseller will charge atleast minimum of 15%.next after it depends on the quality of the product and its availability within the market.if the product is just this minute launched, next both the whole-sellers and retailers will generate more profit margin.it may travel upto 100%.

Other Answers:
Markup is whatever the souk will support. Wal-mart's margin is almost 50%, or 100% markup for clothing. But, this margin vary by region. Some areas are more, some are less. They enjoy almost as many pricing scheme as stores. Those back-packs Wal-mart sells for $19.92 during back-to-school season costs them $9.87. The supplier that sell them to Wal-mart has a border of 25%, so it costs about $6-$7 to sort overseas. But, that $19.92 price will be an average, and could be as cheap as $17, or as much as $21. It just depends on how much you reflect you can get out of it.

How can I achieve funding for a rest/ railing within South Beach Miami.?

Question:I own a successful restaurant already, but the first years were tough. I rewarded my employees and vendor before myself which destroyed my personal credit history so no guard will touch me ( I still have three years on my SBA loan so they won't touch me any even though I've never been overdue on even one payment.)
The hotel is established with $ 1M contained by sales and I lone need $75K to pinch it over debit free.

Answers:
1) The SBA does NOT loan money to anyone. Banks loan money, the SBA backs the loan...big difference. Even if the SBA did fund the loan, it is still up to a bank to approve the loan.
2) $1M surrounded by sales say nothing going on for profit on the $1M. Trust me, if it were profitable, the present owner would NOT be selling it for $75K...to be precise a simple fact of vivacity. The present owner is trying to salvage some part of his investment, and is undeniably taking a loss. Wise up! No one sells a meaningful busines for nothing, and $75K is really zilch!
3) IF you WERE to purchase this Res/BAr, think of the diffusion of your energies...your present establishment would be in motion downhill in a handbasket while you be trying to establish a viable busines from what is apparently a shambles. Do not be a fool. Stick with what you hold and make it bigger, better!
4) You are recovering form a implicit disaster from you first business. Stick with it and repair your credit. IF you be to get this place, trust me, your credit will be ruined, you will probably hold to put up the other business as collateral (I doubt that anyone would do that...res/bars are nothing but service, and service requires hugh labor control, constantly) and you could well loose what you own now...this is NOT completely smart!
South Beach is subject to tourism cycles...there are times when it is teeming, but far more times when it is not. You already know that. Think of how hard it is surrounded by the slow times with what you already enjoy. Do you want to multiply those problems with another larger problem?
Sorry to be so pessimistic, but adjectives I am doing is injecting some realism here. You are on a high-ranking, thinking of the "glamor" of the new place...you and I both know that nearby is little glamor in the res/bar business...it is work, work, work...you own to be there when the waiter call in 'sick,' when the bartender is on time off, whatever. Back past its sell-by date and settle down. Get back to your sensible business and don't even think of abiding someone elses a**!

Answers:
Starting a small business take a lot of courage. But, as they right to be heard, courage does not pay the bills. To be successful – to stay within business – you need more than courage. You have need of a combination of hard work, skill, pushiness, and lots of luck.

Some things you need to consider:
- "How can I support my familial while I build up by business?"
- "What are my abilities?"
- "Is within a market for the product or service I enjoy chosen?"
- "How long will it take this business to manage the financial goal I hold?"

You may want to read the article "How to Start a New Business Successfully" http://www.powerhomebiz.com/vol51/launch.htm , which lists six steps to launch a hot business successfully:

1. Provide a benefit.
2. Determine the fit with your marketplace.
3. Right timing is everything
4. Be ready to support your business
5. Develop a blueprint for nouns
6. Market, market, bazaar

As for getting a loan, it is not as unforced as going to the bank and simply asking for a loan. Your age may be a factor against you. You necessitate to prove to the bank that

(a) your business will in truth earn money;
(b) you can repay the loan; and
(c) you are invested in your business -- they won't distribute you 100% of the amount but only a segment of it because they want to see the business owner believe in their business first.

If you cannot get loans, try to get hold of a loan from your parents, family and friends. If they cannot distribute you any, use your credit card (if you don't have any, ask your parents to use their credit card) Credit card requires no collaterals but are an expensive source of funds.

Otherwise, any downscale your plans and amount of capital needed; or skulk until your financial situation improves.

I deliberate it is commendable that you want to start a business of your own. I would suggest that you speak with the guru that teaches business and draw from some advice from them and go and get a better idea of what is involved within starting a small business.

There are so many different responsibilities that you involve to consider first.

I don't believe that you will be able to achieve a student loan for a business, they will ask what the loan is for. As for a business loan you will need to be 18 and will most predictable need a co-signer and be capable of prove that you can pay vertebrae the loan.
The first post is great. As a massage psychiatric therapist and instructor, I have to recount you that many populace in our industry don't trademark it. The key is to start working somewhere and build a clientele. If you start from score, the overhead expenses for your business will be more than your income with no established clientele and you will not concluding long.
I don't believe you can get a student loan for a business and it's significantly unlikely to get a sandbank loan for a new business when you own no money, experience in the industry, etc.
I suggest contacting the Small Business Association and here is also a group associated with them of retired business professionals that tender free advice and publications to go and get you started thinking about the several things you need to consider surrounded by business.
You have plenty of time to return with where you're going, so run your time, build a clientele, and seek out dutiful advice along the bearing. Good luck!
This sounds like a perfect idea but it's going to be a great deal of hard work. First you'll call for a business plan to use to get a loan. The solely other way is to find a line member or friend who have the money and wants to any give, loan or become partner in the company. Remember you'll stipulation someone who can take meticulousness of things you can't or would rather not so if you can find someone resembling that who wants to be partner that would be great!

You won't just be doing the attractiveness part of the business if you be in motion it alone, you'll have billing and order supplies and charging sales levy (if applicable) and doing your taxes and the state sales excise and keeping good history and receipts and on and on.

I suggest you read tons of books about starting a business. Get the most up to-date books you can find at your public or local college library so you can read them for free and pilfer notes as to what is useful.

Good luck with your activity.

I was going to get hold of nasty jokingly but seeing how 16 can seize you 20, well let's see, standard to get a loan from the SBA (small business administration) it is a loan through a regular dune, but is backed by the SBA. Meaning that if you defaulting on the loan, the SBA will guarantee the loan payment to the sandbank. To get this, usually you hold to be 21, WHY? Because they want to see a credit history. Your score requirements to be at least 650 or high. They generally want to see some schooling and/or point and portfolio, or business case plan for at lowest a two year projection period. It take about 30 days to trademark the deal on a loan. It may vary where you live, but I call a Wells Fargo bank here contained by Minnesota and inquired about an SBA loan also to start a business. Go to arts school, good luck.

First sit down and deliberate about you want to do. You are at a gage where on earth you can decide what you want. after you find what you want to do merely go for it. The hardest step is the first step. Write out a plan and a check enumerate of short term goal leading to long permanent status goals. Go for it....you live once...I don`t know twice.
It appears that you have a great entrepreneurial spirit. The first article is to believe totally in yourself. With the right attitude you can accomplish anything your heart desires, since you are living contained by the greatest country on the earth, next to more opportunity than you can ever imagine.
You call for to educate yourself within the area that you want to work. Get adjectives the information that you possibly can in the paddock of Health and Beauty. Talk to people who are contained by this field. Pick their brains, so to speak. Check out the competition. Learn everything more or less the business. Even consider going to work for someone so you can learn as much as possible.
Don't count on bank, as they will require collateral as well as a track diary, or a co-signer to guarantee the loan. If you must borrow money to get started, try to find a nearest and dearest member who believes within you. Remember that it always costs more to unfurl a business than you originally anticipate.
If you start a mobile beauty business, know what your overhead will be: the cost of your product and services, the cost of your vehicle, insurance, gasoline, and so forth. Advertising will be a huge portion of your expenses since you will want others to know about and want your services.
Create a business plan. Use your best literary estimate of every expense that you will incur as you launch your business. Leave nothing out. Think of every expense: food, transportation, headset, computer, storage of supplies, your personal draws,as well as the items mentioned within the preceding paragraph. Then estimate your income. Be honest in adjectives these details, as you will be able to determine whether or not you can bring in a profit. Since you know what your competitors charge for similar services, you should be able to total what you can charge.
Be innovative. Offer services that no one else offer, if that is possible. Creativity is the one piece that makes businesses work. From what you hold learned within your research, as you learn what works and what doesn't, you can avoid tons of the pitfalls most start-up business make during their initial period of operation.
Also know that a great percentage of businesses fail during the first year. But the more you plan, the more tuition you receive, the more you believe in yourself and your conception, the greater your chance of nouns will be.

Answers:
For copyright info, visit http://www.copyright.gov

For trademark info, call on http://www.uspto.gov

Other Answers:
why no use own name better

Your local gov. office..... Like other's said dance to local goverment building and ask about it they should furnish you forms to fill out if chock-a-block out right bing bang boom you progress yourself a copyright

You wouldn't copyright it. Copyrights can be obtain for things of an artistic nature. This includes, logically, poetry, films, sculptures, music, fiction, etc. But can also include things that may not necessarily give the impression of being "artistic" in the common sense of the word. Copyrights can also be obtained for hype copy, games, software programs and blueprints, to name only a few.

To protect a business name inwardly your industry, you would apply for a trademark.

Trademarks can be names of products or services, logos, slogans, paper and even sounds and smells. In essence, a trademark can be almost anything that is used to identify a pernickety product or service. Registering a trademark grants the owner exclusive rights to the blemish within the specified industry.

Of course, it's basic to research the mark comprehensively prior to file to ensure that there is no possibility of infringing upon another deputation.

To register a trademark, contact either your Secretary of State for a State trademark or the US Patent & Trademark Office for a Federal trademark.

If you are with the sole purpose conducting business in one state, next a State trademark is most appropriate. If you conduct business in at most minuscule 2 states OR between the US & any other country, you can file for a Federal trademark.

Hope that help! I wish you much nouns & happiness within all your venture!

An EBay Question?

Question:I have an EBay Store. Why do family put an item that is a fixed price (no bidding) on their study list? It's not individual bid on, so they won't be out-bid.

Answers:
Maybe they want to buy it later and don't want to forget where on earth it's at.

Other Answers:
I do that sometimes when I am comparing several items, or as already stated, when I want to make up my mind subsequent.

Or they are faltering whether buying it or not, but wanna keep track, as Randy said.
