I agree with Sandy in the region of that habit item. If you have unpromising habits you will not do capably. For example, if you can't manage the money you enjoy now, you will never be capable of handle the money it requires to catch a million dollar property. Ever notice how some society who win the lottery become broke in a few years.
I truly believe society are where they are because of their customs. They can blame other things, but the problem is, they can't control the other things. Start with the things you can control and work to reorganize them. Ever notice how your broke loser friends give the impression of being to fail within everything yet your other friends who do very well, seem to do in good health in everything. It's becuase of their traditions.
I use to be totally broke about 3 years ago. I be in complete debt. I be like 56K contained by debt and no money. In less than 2.5 years I eliminate over 40K in debt and presently own 2 homes.
