Look at your town and see how various people use travel agents, if their wants ar ebeing met by the current one, does this other company have a strong reputation and it would be knotty to win them over? There are more things to consider then the size of your town.
You also should stretch out a business that you are familiar near and have worked surrounded by the field beforehand, or have have college courses in.
