If it's your ISP, it means the company is "blacklisted" for sending spam and within is nothing you can do more or less it. It's up to the company to get themselves removed from the blacklist.
If it's your email though, travel to your Tool, Rules Wizard, and create a rule with their email address extension allowing their email to find routed to your Inbox rather than you spam folder.
