It really depends on the work, and why you do it. Is it because you set an agressive goal, and 55 weeks is what is required? Is it because you own your own business and are unwilling to hire someone to work cut time for you? Is it because you have zilch else better to do? Is it because you tend to avoid going home, etc., instead making excuses to stay at work to get trivial things done?
those are the types of question you should ask. I've certainly worked 60+ hours and not feel like a workaholic but I've also worked 45 hours and feel like a workaholic.

Are you seriously thinking almost just printing? Like a neighborhood printing shop? I be in that industry surrounded by the 1980s. Lost our shop when KINKOs type places came around, my friend also lost his sir speedy shops around alike time for the same point. There are a couple of offest printers I know who are barely making it. They survive by doing commercial accounts...mostly promotion,phone books,magazines and direct messages. There is no way to bring in it if you are only doing walk-ins and business cards!
Another niche flea market is plotting...digital, sepia, blueprints, and HUGE copiers for construction prints. Good ones are hard to find, and you can return with tons of accounts if you have no competition. Good example is www.bps.com. They enjoy a full range of services but a couple of their shops largely just do the architectural prints. If I be to go wager on into the business, that would be my focus. You have a reliable customer underneath and
big ticket sales.
The norm for a mom and pop print shop is 4 folks per shift. 1) Plater and Printer 2) Typesetting/Clean-up artist 3)customer service and printer key hand 4) General assistant (helps ink, cut, collate, etc.) When we had big job, we hired people from the provisional service to get the job out.(Mostly collating, binding, stacking)

I checked on www.infousa.com and they have 24,818 title companies programmed in the US. Get their address and have a post card printing company transport them off a mailer. I did a turn upside down on G00GLE and there are thousands of companies. One company www.vistaprint.com list 1000 postcards for $50 + postage. I'm 99% sure you can even find cheaper than that.
This is likely the best mode to get started. From here you can do some cold calling or contact some indisputable estate agents in hopes to draw from a referral to the title company they use.
