I don't want to discourage you but try to have a group or block mart because the time and effort you spend putting this item together sometimes is hardly worth your time.
It take effort to enjoy yard Dutch auction, getting everything together, pricing, and the time you spend at the sale. If near are others in the neighborhood doing like thing, it attracts more buyers, and you own a much better chance of getting rid of your stuff.
I hold had masses sales and going it alone have been smaller number than worth the effort, and still done up with a bunch of stuff I have to donate or haul bad.
