depending how close you are to your customers....the next time they rota an appointment have lunch for them....I suggest sending them flowers or a fruit basket beside your personal note of gratefulness is thoughtful.
A nice complimentary thing for you to do for your patrons would be to impart them a personal gift not a discount. Personal gifts are more perceptive and prove to them that they, specifically, are a truly valued asset to your company. Think out of the realm...flowers(been done), payment baksets (nice but been done), coupons (not personal enough), dinner(good concept but general)...etc... Think of something you personally would soak up if you were them. There are so heaps ideas out here. One interesting thing that comes to mind is a chocolate company I saw on tv the other hours of daylight. they can make anything out of chocolate....company logos, sculpture, art...I mean literally anything. This is something totally different. It would be unbelievably unexpected and something that alot of society like. For the customers that are diabetic within is such thing as "Dietetic Chocolate" that really does zest great!
