Another Question About Selling Shoes?
I am very interested contained by selling shoes, I have a business nickname and would like to own an ebay and online store. I want to make at tiniest $8 off of respectively pair of shoes. This be going to if I purchase bulk shoes at 14.99 a pair I would close to to sell them at $22.99. Shipping would be 8.50 on the first couple and 3.50 for each added pair. Do you presume that is too much or too little?Additional Details
A individual can't buy the shoes at $14.99 only a retailer (with a resale license) that buys them wholesale can. And they are moniker brand shoes.
Answers:
An example of a typical sale of three pairs of Shoes at your asking price and the discount for Shipping and handling: Shoe cost to consumer is 22.99 * 3 = $68.00 (rounded) Minus the $7.50 dollars S/H discount equals $61.50 dollars, Minus the cost of the Shoes is $45.00 dollars. Now you enjoy the actual cost of shoes 45 minus the sale of 65.00, so for respectively pair of shoes you earn six dollars, and fifty cents per mart, and not the eight that you would like to earn. It would be a loosing proposition, especially if you dispense the discount for shipping and handling. Or $19.50 for the sale of Three pairs of Shoes. The discount is a correct idea, but build up a profit end first.
Other Answers:
Such shoes as Dior, and Gucci that price is amazingly cheap. But like Old Navy might not put on the market as well.
Well, you could get a resell licence, some how. I still expect your price is a bargain, depending on the shoe sizes.

About Selling Shoes?
I am very interested within selling shoes, I have a business nickname and would like to enjoy an ebay and online store. I want to make at most minuscule $8 off of respectively pair of shoes. This tight if I purchase bulk shoes at 14.99 a pair I would approaching to sell them at $22.99. Do you estimate that is too much or too little?Answers:
"Why would anyone rate $23 if they can pay $15"
Because she is buying the shoes contained by bulk and getting a better price. Most people don't buy shoes a dozen pairs at a time so they won't achieve them for $15.
If you're selling on eBay you have to remember that in attendance are a ton of fees involved.
1) Listing fee (30 cents+)
2) Final Sale Price Fee (4-6% of the mart price)
3) Paypal cut (3-5% of the money transacted)
Most people on eBay approaching to bid for items instead of clicking "buy it now" because it gives them the inkling that they'll get a better concordat.
Try putting up a pair of shoes on eBay and see how much you'll achieve in an auction. That'll probably be a moral indication on how much people are inclined to spend.
Good luck!

why would anyone pay $23 if they can retribution $15
Basically, you necessitate to take the open market price. If anyone can buy the shoes for $15, why would they pay you $23? First find out what those are willing to take-home pay, then try to seize the shoes for cheaper. Maybe buy a few pairs as an experiment and see if you can get your price. If you can, consequently buy more. oh yeah! THATS PERFECT starting price...mE and my Husband are always on ebay looking for entitle brand shoes, and lemme tell ya, the ones that are low priced similar to that, are the ones that the bids WILL SOAR on! Thats a great starting price, I never pay shipping over $12 though on shoes;)
Depends on the size of shoe. Some shoes stores, off queue, sell shoes for plentifully more, so 10.00 to to 25.00 is a bargain.

what is the correct road to write gerald f martin and shariot a martin if they are married?
should I los my middle initials or are both initials to be used example gerald & shariot f martin or gerald f & shariot a martinAnswers:
I'm not a rabid feminist or anything, but it's a big turn off to hold anything addressed to Mr. and Mrs. My Husband's Name. If you sent me a catalog address this way, I wouldn't buy anything from it. However, if you mail me a wedding invitation this process, I'd assume you were using an hoary fashioned wedding guide and still come. I'd probably still buy you an okay present, too.
But when I'm doing business correspondence, I use Gerald and Shariot Martin. Gerald F. and Shariot A. Martin would also be proper, but it's more unweildy.
Other Answers:
Depends on what you (or they) prefer. But the womans name should other come first.
S.A. & G.F. Martin
Shariot A. & Gerald F. Martin

Pet Store design?
If you could have the power to design your own pet store, how would you do it?? What would you heading your pet store?? How would you advertise it? What kind of animals would you have surrounded by it? What would it look like on the inside and the outside? Colors?? What colors turn you on within a pet store? Please tell me surrounded by detail! I want to close my eyes and see the store! Thanks!!Answers:
WOW I get to be creative WOO HOO! I would hold all the toys closer to the front for both cats and dogs and obviously have the toys clearly manifest and divided. THEN I would have an aisle near nothing but fish aquariums and fishy stuff similar to the tunnels and the rocks and the food. Then on the other side of the fishy shelves I would have the stuff for the reptiles the aquariums the toys and food that you would own for the reptiles. The next aisle I would enjoy birdy cages and birdy toys and on the other side of the shelf stock the birdy food and birdy treats. OF course hold your departments clearly marked next to a brightly colored sign with the baptize of the animal that the department is for and have a nice picture of that helpful of animal on the sign all different breeds. Okay in a minute next to the birdy stuff, you hold stuff for the rodents, the bunnies and the mice and gerbils and one side you have the cage and accessories and the subsequent side you have their food.
Now for the kittycats. One side you hold their pillows and beds and their trappings such as collars and the next side, you will own the food and their litterboxes and the same next to the doggies and on each endcap, you should hold magazines and books more or less each animal. NOW if you want to own stuff for barnyard animals that should be a whole separate department. You should hold that in the put money on of the store, it should be designed like the gardening dept at places close to walmart target and so on. The reason I voice that is I automatically associate that near outdoors and barnyard animals as a rule are outdoor pets. There you would have the feed tubs and so on and so forth, their food their hay.
Oh Yes and the inside of the store. Divide your store in two by putting a kitty and doggy treat piece in the middle where on earth you can sell kitty and doggy cookies bulk. It looks purely like our bulk food.
Most pet stores consist of healthy colors. Red and blue are good colors. THe blue will mellow out the red and washed out adds a elated tone to it, but you don't want to use too much red or too much yellow. You want to even everything out.
The entitle of your store should be: Paws and Claws Pet Supply. IT should be called Happy Tails Pet Supply
You can publicize with those lil post flyers to start with and set aside various promos such as buy any purse of cat/dog food and get any size free or something approaching that.
Offer free pet toys on the first visit
Of course if it is not too expensive, bring your own little newspaper going and put it within the Sunday papers you know liek petsmart has their own.
Oh Yes and the entity that people get through up is when they are allowed to take their pets shopping near them and around Christmas time Santa gets to come into the store so the pets can call in him.
Gunther helped me out beside this.
Other Answers:
I would have as masses different kinds of pets as possible. Another item I would have is accessability to the animals. People approaching to pet pups, kittens and rabbits. Something open but still competent to contain the animals.
Make adoption easy near shots included (for a fee of course).
Have a "pet trial "petting zoo. Outside own a temporary secure link obstruction put up and lt people interact near the pets.
I would call it "Friends" or someting similar to that.
You must be space a pet store.
The name: Pet Paradise. I would use muted raw colors like terracotta (burnt orange) browns, tans, and golden yellows. Forget the flourescent blue lights and bright walls. Make it soothing so that animals be aware of like they are contained by a natural nouns. Put lots of plants in the store to make available it an outdoorsy feel- maybe a tropical subject matter. Also plants are natural odor absorbers. Buy plants that aid keep the atmosphere clean. Make sure the store have plenty of windows for intuitive light to come contained by and maybe even sky lights. Have CDs of precipitation forest, or sounds of nature, waterfall etc...playing softly over the speaker system throughout the store. Put a natural stone fountain int he middle of the store because the running hose down sound is also a soothing nouns. The store would be carpeted to cut down on the noise of the animals. I would own all the typical animals that a pet store ususally has, Reptiles, birds, dogs, cats, fish, rodents, bunnies. You should hold grooming services and pet sitting- doggie day aid, I would avoid any kennel operation so you are not constantly tied down at the store. I would hire local teenagers who love animals for your weekend work- see if they are planning college degreee to work with animals or how lots pets they own and tell them to bring within photos of their pets so you know they are sincere. Make the store a feast for adjectives your senses- sight, nouns, smell, touch (let the pets be held), taste- (offer homemade pet treats. Have an in store bakery for dog biscuits-make them fresh daily- own one or two employees and agree to this be their morning job to roast fresh doggie treats (people love custom made treats for their dogs.)
If you have ever be to the Disney's Tiki Room....In the tiki tiki tiki tiki room you can get a consistency of how I would like a pet store to be...tropical precipitation forest atmosphere. But not as gawdy. (My dream pet store:)
Wowser's Pets ('wowsers' done up in big, bright lettering, almost circus like)
What make us unique is that we ignite staff bonding with the pets and even training them. Most of our pets own been trained to do simple tricks- usually coming for food at a signal.
We don't transport a bewildering selection of pets or supplies. We try to bring you an assortment of apt stuff- reliable products at fair prices, not the cheap junky stuff or overpriced for what it is cast-offs.
We want to be a part of your pet-owning experience. We deal in packagesand follow-up programs. If you wish to buy, articulate, a goldfish- our fish person will serve you select a good set-up and your fish. We'll hold onto your fish and consent to you take the other stuff home to set up and bring back going, then come rear legs for the fish when the set-up is ready.
You'll also seize a Wowser's card- our company name, your contact's first name, your pet's name and species. Show us the card and you'll seize a discount on your pet's food. Questions? Call your contact person or the store, or e-mail us!
We own an owner's lounge where you can become aqquainted beside various animals, next to a sink and easy-to-clean furniture (as well as a immobilize door and windows within case the animal get out of hand for a moment!)
Our layout is as unfold as we can afford it to be. In back we own a breeding room for rodents, crickets, etc. ventilated seperately from the rest of the building. We own a series of bulk shelves along a far wall for big bags of food, big cage, etc. One corner of the store is a reading nook and library/book sales.
Seperate areas and rooms are maintain for most of the animals so we can provide the right care, temps, disease control, and odor control. Each work area is as attractive as we can make it, and computer-generated label for each stall describe the animal and give the price.
Simple, colorful icon would indicate animals that are exceptional 'starter' pets, trickier pets for experienced keepers, animals that know tricks, animals on mart (I always figure I'd have sale for weird reasons- it is the animal's birthday, adjectives red animals sale year, answer a trivia question for a discount, etc.), and so on.
I contemplate it is important to please adjectives the senses in a store. Sight- a colorful store- big bright signs, lofty energy paint livelihood (reds, purples, yellows, etc.) Lots of icons.
Sound- I'd probably play 'nature noises' on one repeating track to simulate a zoo or park experience, and play upbeat music on another- calliope, soundtracks, swing...
Smell- Pet shops own their own odors, but I would use an orange-based cleaner to keep the store smelling citrus-y and do anything I can to minimize the waste smells.
Advertising? BIG teacher's discount, along near stickers for classroom pet cages. Develop a assassin cute animal mascot(s) and stick their faces everywhere. Mostly phone book and internet exposure. Also, reimburse staff to join local clubs and hype us at hand (but not as spys!)
Staffing- bright color polo shirts with company logo is the uniform (staff can choose the colors they like). grant commissions for certain kind of sales as powerfully as profit sharing and cash for suggestions. Have frequent staff party and events- Pizza Fridays, birthdays off, tickets to special local events, pay packet bonuses to go to elected meetings and events, etc. I cogitate it should be as fun as possible and not sterile. My impression of most pet stores (like you see at the mall) is greatly white, bland, with unpromising lighting and a weird smell. I mull over any way you enjoy to minimize the smell would instantly make it stand out. As for colors - I'm thinking bright, jolly colors might be nice. Mostly, it's the kids who are dragging their parents into the pet stores so I would think that it should be a fun process for adjectives. I wouldn't go TOO kid orient, though, for example the color scheme contained by the Build-a-Bear stores I find just totally uninviting for an mature. Think spring-type colors. Maybe a pink (not too loud) and spring green combination - pink for the fun and green because there's something natural and soothing almost it to balance. Together, it's open-handed of a hip combination, too. Other hip and fun combinations could be pink and brown, blue and brown, or brown and orange.
Below are some links to online color generator and of course, you can other go to a paint or hardware store, they usually own pre-matched color ideas.
As for marketing, I would expect along the ideas of family, friends, and companionship.
To try and tackle a different direct, you may want to look into advertising on online personals sites approaching Yahoo personals, eharmony.com, match.com, etc. It's essentially a jailbird audience of people specifically looking for companions and what better companion than a pet who will other be there for you and won't verbalize back or avoid you?
What kinds of animals, I suggest is a business decision - you'll want to do more research as to what sell and what are the cost associated with "stocking" different types of animals. But I do know near are a lot of fad now similar to cockapoos - these mixed breeds that carry a dignified "designer" price tag, this is especially true for miniatures and toy dogs. A huge trend right in a minute (at least within metropolitan areas) is to go upscale contained by the pet business, dog clothes boutiques, pet bakeries, etc.) Rufus, Inc. is a store I have see in the precinct that puts a more refined spin on the traditional pet store, but I could in fact see it going even more boutique-y if you are going after the upscale market. See this article on Rufus and a do a rummage through on dog bakeries, I remember there be a recent article on this in the NY Times. Point is, near are lots of people likely to spend a lot of money on totally frivous things. Of course, you have to be contained by a location where in attendance is a large segment of that type of demographic.
Also, a new thought I had be that everyone I know who has ever see an angora rabbit has squealed and loved them. That's the form of animal that I could see someone buying just because it be cute and it seems easier to be in command of because it is a caged animal and it's not one that you typcially find everywhere.
Anyway, those are my ideas. Hope it's sympathetic. Good luck and have fun!

http://www.auburnpub.com/articles/2004/10/26/news/news03.txt I would enjoy it wide widen with sizeable cages and start on top pens when possible. As a store owner I don't know what to reflect on, but as a customer here's what I would want. I know that having animals available to pet is one of my favorite memories of going to the precinct when I was a kid. Getting to pet the bunnies and cats and hamsters etc. be a joy, especially because my own cats be outdoor cats mostly. The birds would have a separate branch so they could be loud and noisy short aggravating the other animals or customers. The fish would be in the support, possibly in their own room. It would be see with illuminate tanks, you would surface like you be underwater when you went surrounded by there. Possibly blacklights or other lighting option to give the fish/reptile room an otherworldly get the impression to it. I have no hypothesis what names I would grant, but as for advertising I enjoy one major suggestion. Try to flaunt through the schools, arranging pen trips for small groups to see the animals, how you care for them and what is involved within their care, and allow them to pet the animals that are locked to be handled by youthful children. Creating that kind of interest with your animals and your store will draw from back to the parents and who know, maybe a few of the kids will incessantly bug their parents for a pet and boost your sale. I dont' think that dogs should be surrounded by a pet store unless they are small and have opportunity to play outside. Perhaps consider donating space to the animal shelter or humane society for cats and dogs that aren't specialty breeds. It would be great publicity and PR for you, plus when they got adopt from your store the parents would probably get their supplies from you.

What is a registered agent?
Should a member within an LLC in Kentucky also be nominated as the registered agent?Answers:
Every business entity -- whether it be a corporation, limited partnership or LLC -- have to name a registered agent. The RA must be a being who lives in the state within which the entity was incorporated/organized, and the RAs undertaking is to (i) serve as the official address for communications from the secretary of state and (ii) adopt service of process if the entity ever gets sued.
Yes, a contributor of the LLC is an appropriate person to serve as RA since it is largely a ministerial (no-big-deal, on-paper-only) role and you don't cart on additional liability freshly by serving as an RA. That assumes that one of the members lives surrounded by the state in which the LLC be organized. If none of the members lives within the state of organization (e.g., if you organized the LLC contained by Delaware and you're all from California) afterwards you have to hire someone to be your RA surrounded by Delaware -- there are plenty of companies that provide this service.
By the method, you're probably not aware that the IRS requires your LLC to name a "tax matter member." Well, the IRS does. Your operating agreement or a set of contributor resolutions should state who will serve as tax matter member.
On the answer from b_vencill420.... that answer be confusing registered agent with someone who have authority to enter contracts on behalf of the company, which is known as the canon of agency, not the same as a registered agent.
Other Answers:
Not necessarily. I assume you are referring to a partnership acting as an LLC (limited liability corporation).
Not adjectives partners or officer in an LLC are authorized to work as agents of the company. It depends on how the company was chartered. Only the partners/officers and the attorney or CPA who set up the LLC would know that information.

I interviewed a group of guys who started a tshirt company similar to yours call Dirtbag Clothing. And like you, they own little resources to do an all-out marketing for their product. Dealers refused to get their line surrounded by the stores and they got abundantly of "No thanks" to their requests to be one of the lines carried by stores.
According to the founder, it took a lot of restraint and creativity for their name to start attainment recognition. Here are what they did to bazaar their tshirt business:
1. They began collecting name and emails of contacts and buyers at prospective distributors. The founder scoured the web sites of the retailers and collected contact information from trade shows. He afterwards contacted them via email, inviting them to visit the website. Many did, and some even terminated in accounts.
2. They relied heavily on fastening sponsorships, email campaigns, prod engine optimization and word of mouth to create brand awareness
3. Public relations is also a key part of their marketing strategy, having be featured surrounded by magazines such as Entrepreneur and name as one of the awardees of the Annual Inc Magazine Web Awards (read their story in Inc.com as that focused on how they used the trellis to market their business).
4. Band sponsorships are a core component of Dirt Bag Clothing marketing strategies, with the company sponsoring and actively promoting various musical acts. They contacted independent transcript labels of band that might appeal to their target audience. In return, members of the sponsored trimming wear only Dirtbag clothing at its public gigs and out loud mentions the company at every show they perform.
5. Offline, they bazaar their products by using stickers, postcards, banners and “anything guerilla!”
You can read the interview I did near Dirtbag Clothing at http://www.powerhomebiz.com/vol133/dirtbag.htm for inspiration and to get design of how to make it surrounded by the highly competitive tshirt business. Also look in their website to see how they are marketing their products.
