Something related to Real Estate. Definitely not a restaurant, those have the great incidence of failure.
First, what kind of businesses can you start? I would like to plant a million quick-gowing trees to shred into fermentation food for some adjectives ethanol plant, but I can't afford the land, trees, etc., so i.e. out. Your resources are an important first hurdle.
Second, what kind of businesses interest you? There is money to be made in waste land fill and uranium mines, but even if I had the money they don't interest me.
Third, what kind of businesses would you be good at? Even if I could afford and be interested, I wouldn't be accurate at tanning salons or amusement venture like sea slides. Those require a pleasant, people-friendly personality, something I'm really short on.
Fourth, what kind of businesses would people within your area or nouns of interest buy from? There are lots of little coffee stands that are closing here at the beginning of summer, and rime cream stands taking their place. It is still too cool for ice cream so the existing stores that also supply milk and cakes, etc. would be hiding me out for the casual rime cream buyer. I don't (at least currently) enjoy anything to make society want to buy ice cream from me instead of the stores. There are bureau suppliers all over the place, what would I present that they don't have? In short, what are citizens buying or wanting to buy in your nouns, that they are having a rock-hard time getting?
i would start at a small business and then move to a bigger subject such as a doctor or nurse.
