Use Microsoft Outlook (NOT Outlook Express)! You can build a rule which will print out any all of your email or some of it base on rules.
1. Open Outlook and choose Tools and the Rules and Alerts (this is in Outlook 2003, surrounded by earlier version its called the Rules Wizard).
2. Choose to create a hot rule and if necessary select to start from a blank rule.
3. Select to check messages when they arrive.
4. As the condition choose 'on this mechanism only'
