Access is user friendly once you take over a small learning curve. (There a various Video Tutorials). I would recommend Access over any other program if you need to maintain up with multiple processes parts/fleet/orders.. However, if you own a small(and will stay relativly small) work shop, you may be able to use Excel. But if you want to swot Access, you can't just start using it. I recommend 2 weeks of studying Relational Database Theory, after and only afterwards about a week to swot Access. It's a pain I know, but it's the lone way, unless you rate someone to do it for you, and that can be expensive. I hope this helped
