You do not have to wages for access to lists of grant such as the website given above. Simply go to the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) and Grants.gov - these are two sites created by the federal command to provide transparency and information on grants. But you'd be thorny pressed to find any grant that would support a for-profit activity such as daycare.
Even if you buy books on "how to get grants" or record that supposedly has information on grant -- all of them are mere rehash of what CFDA have, albeit packaged differently. But still the info is like - hardly any grant for starting a for profit business.

I don't know what it is, but in attendance must be some kind of management program to help them buy up the motel and convenient store businesses. All this B.S. of they are basically hard workers is only just that B.S. They do have a moral work ethic, you have to supply them that. As a result established fishermen were put out of business, the shrimp be over fished and the business was ruined, it is solely now making a modest comeback. When people complain around welfare costs on the rise, they always surmise of the american black or mountain redneck. Our welfare costs are so high because of things resembling these other programs that are basicaly hidden from the average citizen.
