Definitely talk to them until that time doing anything with the check. Even though they are still within business, the bank commentary this check was written on may no longer be instigate.

Checks are only honest on an average, of 90 days. They are not obligated to re-issue a new check, but on their section it would be honorable if you asked, and they met the request.
i believe that is your quirk for not cashing it. Maybe you can go and check it up. I doesnt hurt to find out. but assume about it is going to be worth adjectives that trouble for $100 dollars? Uh maybe!

The check should say on it (if it is printed by a payroll company) invalid if not cashed within 90 days. Most biz's only afford 90 days to cash a payroll check. They will not re-cut a unmarked check either. Your loss for not acting on it sooner sorry to enunciate.

I would suggest that you do some research next to your local Music shops since you are considering selling it locally. It is going to depend on the condtion, does it play ...is it in fitting condtion..is the cabinet wooden? if so is it scratched up or not? Are the records playable or scratched...All 33's?
