Protfit = Revenue - Cost
You are losing big time. Your cost are sky high (crappy job). Your revenues suck if they are smaller number than the competition. Your profit is nothing. In reality, you are losing money by the simple fact you are getting salaried less than others. Life is short. No point within letting people screw you over. Go work for someone else.
You should jump to the competition. Don't bother going in for a bring to the fore because the other things won't change similar to the "average" rating. That is probably due to the fact that they want to preserve you down and not going to the competition. Go get an application at the competitors. Don't mention any of these things contained by an interview or if you get hired. That agency, they will just appreciate you for your angelic customer service and attitude. Never bad mouth a former employer. You never know when they may buy your unknown company! When they ask why you are leaving, give an account them you will be making more money and don't say anything else. Good luck and catch out of there!
Go work for the competition. If your company considers you average they won`t progress the rule for you. Also remember, it`s not because you work more hours that you`re a better employee, it may be see as a lack of managing. A good hand can do all his livelihood in a given time of time. After your own work is done, helping others will always play surrounded by your favor. You got 2 years of experience at hand I feel you could use that and find a company near better hiring condition. All of the above answers enjoy a valid point there mate! Start organize time off for interviews. Quit human being the nice guy but do it with a plan, intent, do it on a timescale. If you suddenly going to become the guy they not used to they will suspect you are shopping around. Work is not other fun but one doesn't need to be mournful in the circumstances.

I definately think you should start looking elsewhere. These associates are not worth your time and energy because it sounds approaching advancement is not in the cards.

Another thing to consider is a home business. It's something you can build on the side to any meet or surpass your current income. All the traits you describe yourself beside have "sold" me! If you put those pains into something for yourself you would be financially free in no time and never own to deal next to these issues again.
