My husband and I sent in $1000 for a collateral deposit on a loan we applied for. We began to suspect something when our closing date be arriving. We kept getting an answer from Rachel saying it would "be for a moment while longer". We were long-suffering but our gut was recounting us something was not right.
The following week we call the Toronto Police Department and asked what to do. After a day or so, we get a call put money on and they delivered the (wonderful) communication that in reality, Mega City Services, was a scam. We be sickened.
LUCKILY though, because we sent our $1000 by money order, it be never cashed and the money was returned to us 2 weeks subsequent. We WERE lucky.

I enjoy also been racking my brain over the projections and even though I can put something printed, how do I really know if my goals and projections are believable? I have done extensive research on my nouns (such as ages, males vs. females, number of households, median household incomes, etc.) so I know who my customers would be, but how can I realistically tell how heaps of them would walk through my door and buy something? I'm stumped here! Can anyone give a hand me with this section? Please dont just provide links unless they show something strange because I have gone to merely about every business plan site out in attendance, including examples. They just dont narrate me how to come up with credible figures. Can anyone near experience provide me some advice?
