There are so frequent scams operating contained by the "grant" arena waiting for gullible people who desire there are indeed free money given around. Hence, they collection it as "grant secret revealed" or "grant secret exposed"

If you want information on grant, the ONLY places to go are system websites: the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) http://www.cfda.gov/ and Grants.gov http://www.grants.gov/ - these are two FREE sites created by the federal administration to provide transparency and information on grants.
Browse through the CFDA listings and see if you can find any allow that would support your purposes. Once you find the grant where on earth you can qualify, go to Grants.gov and download the application form of the relevant forfeit. You will be asked the CFDA number of the grant.
Note though that these grant generally support non-profit organization, intermediary lending institutions, and state and local government. Most of the federal grants are given to specific target groups near specific requirements (e.g. minority business owners involved in transportation related contracts emanate from DOT - Grant#20.905 Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Short Term Lending Program. Individuals especially for personal purposes are not eligible for federal grants.
Grants are also normally given to non profit groups or organizations involved contained by training or other similar activities (grant 59.043 Women's Business Ownership Assistance that are given to those who will create women's business center that will train women entrepreneurs
When you hear or see offer of companies promising to give you grant, treat it with a pellet of salt and be thoroughly skeptical about it. Uncle Sam does not ring or email or write to people to give an account that they can get forfeit money.

You need to buy where on earth the retailers buy. You need to enjoy the connections....Can't post it here, but I can offer you a great intermingle that may help you.
Look on the internet for wholesalers of the supplies you are looking for. Try "bead wholesale" or whatever.
