You can pay someone to train you on Quickbooks and/Or set you up and abet you update it once a month. This is what my wife does and she stays pretty busy setting up small companies. You can go onto Quickbooks and fins certified quickbook advisors within your area.
I conjecture your best bet is Quickbooks.... it is not the industry leader for no justification....
without knowing details going on for your business, i can recommend a few things.
if you work on an accrual basis and own revenue in excess of $50K, i would recommend Peachtree or QB. i've used both and don't hold a preference. i know QB can be confusing to use but those two are the best you'll find for the cost.
if you work on a change basis and don't hold much revenue, you could use microsoft money. microsoft money is geared towards individuals, but you can use it for a business also.
i have a small (less than $10K revenue) rota C i run out of my house on a cash argument that i use microsoft money to keep track of. i simply had to create alien income and expense subcategories to keep those amounts separate.
if you're business is a 1120 or 1065 and accrual your best bet is to stir with QB or PT and lift a class to learn one of them.
