you culd fone round self emloyed djs and see what the average is they charge per darkness and if you are supllying the equipment and electric etc take of money for that and you hold your figure
Since currently you are the owner/operator of your business and taking adjectives the risks, why not give the unsullied DJ a percentage or base + percentage of revenue when you own them do something. If they bring additional business into your company above what you do, charge them 10-15% for your advertising/equipment cost and tolerate them keep the difference. It will bring in them more eager to grasp more business and you will make money rotten them in the process. Overbooking may also become a problem, but higher-higher until you own a stable work force to handle adjectives your business.
