Im not sure how paypal works,i sell stock on ebay & use paypal as one of the payment option.when i recieve payment paypal automatically subtract 3.4% for each transaction(there fees) & simply the remaining funds are added to my statement,but why is it i recieve a bill every 3 months regarding, paypal fees?.Paypal clear indicates it lone charges 3.4% for uk transactions & 3.9% international transactions.Can someone help?.Maybe im not fully elucidation the paypal system. :o(

I sent $3K for a down payment to purchase vending machines and locations to a vending business. I never received my machines and the locations be not in my nouns so I asked for my refund. I also made a complaint something like the company to the finance company they use and the Finance company can't take a hold of anyone either.
