Essentially the business is divided up into a little centres: restaurant, retail store, etc. We want to hold the ability to track revenues and expenses for respectively of these, but prepare a consolidated report also. I also own a restaurant and use Quickbooks. It works powerfully for what I want to do, mainly commentary maintenance and cash-flow. It does not interface beside my POS system, but some quickbook products have a POS system built surrounded by which would alleviate many headache of having necessarily two sets of books. What points must I look out for before making my conclusion, such as easy access to fundamental highways, dutiful infrastructure, etc.

It really depends on what you plan to use the warehouse for.
But here are a few things to consider. It doesn't state if you want one already built or just looking for the landscape. so I will concentrate on location only
1) what are the zoning bylaws for the nouns and are they permanent or will the nouns be rezoned in a couple of years
2) are adjectives utilities already installed up to the property line
3) what are the taxes on the property
4) is nearby any bylaws that would make you doing business at hand impossible.. such as no noise after 6pm, Sunday first performance restricted, building use restricted.
5) is it accessible?? if it is in an nouns that trucks etc are restricted from using certain routes to obtain to it which makes it knotty to get to. or time consuming .
6) what type of financial guarantee is required, will it be expensive, is it a high crime nouns.
