They have a resolutio page where on earth you can talk directly to the peddler and resolve any disputes, of course I did that. But it seem everything is on her favor.
This morning, the seller replied to me aphorism "auction didn't mention any COA (certificate of authenticity), we don't ship items with COA..."
So, what can I do to solve this article in my favor?
I believe I deserve some judicious explanation or perhaps a discount, since a collectible to be valuable must hold a COA, right? I spent over 50 USD on this and now I'm immensely disapponted.

- the trader specifically mentions that COA will be shipped along with the item
