I like the concept, but how do people to your site get surrounded by touch with the citizens that own the properties? I like the hypothesis of having a website to register cheap, fixer upper homes. I like the certainty that your site is simple, clean (like craigslist).
I don't resembling the background. I don't approaching the fact that respectively link open its own window/tab. You need to do this individual for external links.
