Other than that, my understanding is you will necessarily have a more formal agreement beside the agency rather than using them on an ad-hoc argument. This will be done on the understanding that you will use them (reasonably) for adjectives your graphic design requests. Is this an MLM type of business? If so, they can be a dare to market. I hold been marketing these sorts of businesses for years next to limited nouns and I do not mind sharing with you what I hold learned.
There are two approches to marketing this business. The first is marketing the products and the second is marketing the business.
If you are looking to souk the products, then you inevitability to have a honest return on investment... or markup on your products. If you only enjoy say a 5% or 10% markup, I would not recommend that you souk the products.
Why? Because it will take a LOT of marketig dollars to generate few sell and you will not profit. If you have a highly developed markup of say 50% to 100% or more, consequently marketing the product is a good style to go... assuming that you own a product that people want.
If you own to market a "party" and the intent is to attain someone to call you to programme a party, this is a VERY rugged thing to marketplace. I would suggest that you think this through since spending any significant marketing dollars. Maybe to a few trial runs and test a few things. If you do that, setup an commercial to run for 60 to 90 days before you evaluate the nouns. Anything less will not distribute you the test information that you need.
The other risk to market a business similar to yours is to market the business. This type of marketing tend to have the greatest response rates for ad. The reason is simple. More citizens are interested in making money than they are surrounded by spending money. Now we know that everyone WANTS to spend money, but everyone cannot. However, everyone HAS to make money. So marketing home-based businesses do genreate responses. I hold done this myself and it does work.
When you market a home-based business you should lean more towards generic ad. For example, you might consider running a classified ad similar to...

That is a very generic personal ad. Generic ads tend to do better. For example, this one would be smaller number likely to generate call...

How do you know which one will do best for you? You don't. Run both of them for 60 to 90-days and see.
In the end you requirement to figure out a budget, track your results, exam, test, check. There are also special grants/loans for minorities wanting to start a business. Most places, though, will want you to have some assets and credit. Also, if you don't plan to hold this as a home-based business, chances are you will hold a hard time finding a place to rent minus a credit history.
You need to research grant. There are a lot of grant for small business owners and especially for females.
There are a few things that you can try, but be warned, it's going to pilfer patience!! The Small BusinessAdminisration is probably where on earth I would go first. If that's hopeless, there are some administration grants available that are geared directly towards brand new business and normally don't hold to be paid subsidise. You should be able to seize a lot of information at your local library for that
