hmm, I dont know where you are, but within NZ you can get a afterschool brief at 15, and if anything being that childish is a bonus, becuase the employer gets to compensate you less (which isnt fiesta becuase you do the same work as anyone else but gain paid less)
I would ask your parents if they own friends or family who enjoy somewhere you could work afterschool. Im still amazed that you cant get a work, it would be frustrating!
One thing you can do, which would give a hand short term to attain a bit of money, is sell things around your house (that are yours, or that your parents dont want!!) on Ebay, as long as you hold a bank vindication etc, you dont have to be any specific age I dont feel... but dont quote me on that!
