8 years ago my husband and his ex got audited for both claiming their child on their excise returnes. He has full custody of him presently and had full custody of him consequently. He finally started to get a toll return again after 7 years. What about those 7 years of charge returns he didnt get? Is he ever going to achieve these back? What do we enjoy to do, to help him catch these back?Answers: Talk to a due lawyer because if he can prove he have full custody and control of the child for all those years afterwards he should have gotten the export tax deduction and his X would own got penalised.

What if I freshly found out I file my 2006 incorrectly?
l was looking at my 2006 return to compare near this years and it appears I put a tax speculation on the wrong line for the wrong point.Is there anything I can I do at this point to correct this??
Answers: If you move it to the correct chain and it does not change the import tax due, forget about it. If it change the tax due, record a 1040x
