i believe you file for the state that you lived surrounded by for at least 6mths or more
Moving from one state to another and working contained by both you will need to profile for federal - 1040 form

One for the state of WI - if you worked there

and one for the state of MI - if you worked in that....

The state forms are both probably going to be a PYNR or part year non resident. however one may be a regular state form and the other will be the PYNR..

Hope this help....
Yes. File just once for the federal return. The federal return will contain both state W2s. File for respectively state worked in for the state return.

How much do you seize for a newborn contained by taxes?

my baby is 2 years antediluvian and her grandfather was going to riddle his taxes with her and he give me 600.00 last year but this year her father aanly want to endow with me 300.00 want should I do

Answers: It sounds as though your grandfather is filing his taxes and claiming your child as a dependent. If so and he file his 2007 return and paid more than $600 surrounded by net income taxes, he would draw from a rebate of $300 for the child.
We filed our return finishing week and our child tax credit be 1,000.00 per child. But I think it depends on your income and file status we filed married file a joint return and my husbands income be about 39,000 more or smaller number last year.
