I owe 3 years of subsidise taxes and am something like to record collapse.?
since i am filing and my income for 05-07 is underneath 10 grand a year (i am within ohio also) can my taxes be included in the liquidation? i am filing chapter 13.. except what si the ebst way to jump about paying these taxes that i cannot afford to discharge. i owe roughly 5000. i know the irs has gift plans, but i know they also settle too. can you settle and get a money plan?i am very confused surrounded by this sort of thing.
Answers: Back taxes are not bankruptable, but if you are unlikely to own the money to pay within the foreseeable future some present and compromise may be possible. Look at www.irs.gov or see a CPA. Don't run away or waste time it will one and only get worse. File the due forms even if you can't pay and next start to work something out. With that low of an income you may not even owe anything.
As far as I know taxes cannot be forgiven or wiped verbs in a collapse. There are debts that cannot like taxes, child support, student loans, etc.
