New Tax Rebate Under 18??

Im only 17 years ancient but worked part time during the college year and half time during the summer.. I made freshly under $4,000. I be wondering if i will recieve the tax rebate? Plz give support to.

Answers: It depends on how much taxable income you had contained by 2007. If you had sufficient income to repay Federal Income Tax, you may be eligible for a rebate.

Details are sketchy in the current duty rebate plan for people who can be claimed as a dependent. Only a broad plan have been proposed so far. Details close to this one will be determined as the plan works its way through Congress.

Currently, it appears you would be eligible to receive a rebate of up to $600 if you remunerated that much in Federal Income Tax. If you solely paid $250 within taxes (less than the $600 rebate limit), you only receive back $250.

While the rebate depends on your 2007 income, it is in truth a rebate toward your 2008 taxes. According to the proposed plan, in 2008, taxes would be cut from 10 percent to not anything percent on the first $6,000 dollars of taxable income for individual taxpayers.

It's like a one time import tax cut for 2008, but you get the rebate in a minute instead of waiting to file your 2008 taxes.

Because this is an finance payment on your 2008 taxes, your discount next year could be more (or smaller quantity!) depending on your 2008 income.

Nothing has passed Congress all the same, so all details are subject to adapt. Check out the referenced sites below for more info.
i think you will becuase i read the even if you made simply 3,000 and did not pay income excise you still get 300 dollars.soo hope that funds the same for me

Can I still adjust my 2006 tax return, if I feel there is an error? If so, where can I do that?

Answers: you can file an amended return within three years from the date the original return was due or within two years from the date the tax was paid which ever is the later. You can go to irs.gov and download a 1040X form. You simply put what you had on the original return in one column and the corrected in the next. If you don't understand the form any tax preparer can do this for you.
If you found an error, you still have time. If you owe, the IRS will find it for you, so beware and minimize interest and penalties by taking care of it now. If you found receipts, overlooked deductions ~ that nature, for the 2006 tax calendar year you have until April 15, 2010 unless you filed an extension. You have three years. 2006 taxes were due April 16, 2007 unless you asked the IRS to give you an extension.

You can't database Head of Household unless you lived apart six months of the previous year.

If you're afraid the child support will be taken, look up how to file as the "injured spouse."
Yes your compensation will be taken if you file a united return.

And no, you can not file Head of Household. Per IRS code you own to file married file joint or married file separate unless you were separated and not living together for the second six months of the year and considered unmarried.

Based on what you said, you do not meet these parameter.
Married filing reciprocal.you're damned if you do and if you don't...tell him to clear the back support.
