Can THE IRS TAKE MY TAXES IF I OWE AN STUDENT LOAN THE IN DEFAULT?

I HAVEN'T PAYED ON THE FOR ALMOST 2 YRS

Answers: Yes. Call 1-8OO-304-3107, and it will tell you if your repayment will be offset. You really should contact your loan lender and enter rehab, after 9 months the failure to pay status will be lifted. Having your compensation intercepted is only one of the cruel things the government will do to you for mortal in defaulting. They can garnish your wages, steal you to court and get a taste, meaning that your ridge accounts can be seized, your credit will be horrible, you will be denied FEMA, your social security checks will be garnish, etc.on top of adjectives that, your loan will continue to accrue interest and penalty until the amount due is way more later you can ever dream of paying in your lifetime. Go to studentloanjustice.org, and read their stories. The establishment is all powerful when it comes to their money. The worthy news is, after 9 payments surrounded by a rehab agreement, you escape all of this drama. Good luck

Answers: I be supposed to recieve mine today per the IRS website and it still hasn't been deposited and it's 8PM.I've hear that it is mainly to do beside the HR Block Simple Pay as to why.Not sure but it's got to be HR block that seem to be the common factor. However,I own filed thru HR block for oodles years and this has never happen.
Yes the simple pay appears to be the problem. Also if I am not mistaking HR Block changed from HSBC to HR Block Bank this year. That appears to be a huge problem very soon.
