Individual taxpayers would receive up to $600 in rebate, working couples $1,200 and those with children an auxiliary $300 per child under the adjectives Tax Rebate agreement between Congressional Democrats and the President.
If you are single and have sufficient income, according to the current plan, you would receive $600 plus an extra $300 per child, for a total of $1200.
Nothing has passed Congress all the same, so it is subject to change.

For your rebate, it depends on how much taxable income you had within 2007. If you had sufficient income to wages Federal Income Tax, you may be eligible for a rebate.
Details are sketchy in the current import tax rebate plan for people who can be claimed as a dependent. Only a broad plan have been proposed so far. Details approaching this one will be determined as the plan works its way through Congress.
It's for a moment hard to articulate -- the rebate is still under discussion. Currently it seem to be limited to folks who file due returns, and to people who money social security taxes but don't report tax returns. If you earn plenty to file a rates return, you might get one.
There is agree about parents getting an extra $300 per child, so you folks might get hold of that.

I am a stay at home mom, my husband works, we had a babe-in-arms in june of 2007..we profile married filing in somebody`s company so we qualify, right? what about the child, since i be still pregant when we did our taxes last year i don't imagine he will be included, am i right?Answers: You can claim the dependent for your 2007 taxes. If you had the babe December 31 2007, you would still get that benefit. Same if you grasp married December 31st a couple could still file as one, that is why it is most cost decisive to have a little one at the end of the year because you return with your credit without have to spend much for that baby during the year.
heres some info from the tabloid with the used to numbers they are looking at... it still has to step thru the senate but the house has voted yes after working out the benefits for those on social surety
