It was his year though, but anyhow. I get back resembling $5000. Will the 2008 import tax rebate affect the amount we receive from the Earned Income Credit (EIC) surrounded by 2009?
I know that the rebate is simply deducted from your repayment in 2009 (so why pinch it in the first place?). But what if you own earned over the 3000, but pay cheque no federal tax and will receive an Earned Income Credit. Will the amount of your rebate be deduct from your Earned Income Credit in 2009 (just close to it's deducted from refunds) - or is it separate and your EIC will remain unbothered?Answers: It won't affect EIC for 2009, but you are going to have to claim it as income and pay envelope taxes on it. It is the same point that Bush did last time.
All I know is that you should not newly run out and spend this so called REBATE as we adjectives did in 2001. That is because if you adjectives remember we had to bestow back that so call rebate the following year on our tax refund. That's right, 2001's refund be only an credit on your 2002 refund. I have to give it adjectives back, thus lowering my 2002 settlement. This time I will put it into a CD to earn money and in recent times give it spinal column in 2009.
