I am not sure of the exact precentage but I know its one of the lowest within the EC. And unless they have a private allowance to supliment it they are well below the poverty rank.

You aren't doing anything wrong, its merely the way taxes are calculated.
Depends on your toll bracket, your total income, your withholding. Sometimes it goes up, sometimes down. Sometimes it make you eligible for MORE EIC, smetimes less. It's not the certainty of having 2 or more W-2s, it's a function of the amount of income and withholding.

Are you the employer or member of staff? If you are the employer, you should know that information. If you are the employee, lurk for your W-2. They have to be to you until that time January 31 by law.

I think it is best to dally until you actually bring your W2 in the post just to be sure! Hopefully most of them will be mail out this week so that the business can meet the Jan 31st deadline to go and get their W2's in the letters to their employees.
You find it on your W-2. You can't justifiably file in need the W-2 so you'll just hold to wait!
