Do you think there be refunds for people who owe back taxes? i am currently paying on these taxes.?

Answers: If you mean that you have an Installment agreement with the Internal Revenue Service, it means that as part of that agreement, all future refunds would be offset to your balance due. These offsets do not replace any monthly payments, so don't skip one thinking that the refund offset counts as your payment.
You won't see a dime until the government gets every cent you owe them.

of course not.
If you owe the IRS, they will gobble up your refund and/or rebate to pay off what you owe.
usually any money u owe is deducted from ur refund

How do you stop someone from claiming your child when they're not supposed to?

The requirement for claiming a child on your taxes is that the child has to live next to you 6 months or more out of the year. Well my ex-husband claims our daughter and she's doesn't live with him at adjectives. I was wondering if there's a style I can stop him from doing this!

Answers: File your taxes first.then when he files his, he won't be capable of claim her becuase you've already done it.
just claim her consequently if you get audited you will necessitate to provide the proff of her living with you this can be done next to the custody order by the court
