Taxes Questions and Answers

Is the export tax rebate like as when Bush first took department?

Meaning when we file for '08, will that come out of our expected discount next year?

Answers: That is correct.
Probably. I remember that (2001). I get 300 back, and it come out of my taxes the next time I file.

Will social security recipients recieve any rebates?

Answers: Well, I sure would hope so and I hope the Senate and Congress would realize that we have to eat too, buy goods, gasoline, etc. etc. In most cases (and mine) we do not have the income coming in that workers have!

This would make me feel like a second class citizen if we are excluded. We will remember however at the ballot box and there are plenty of us to make a difference!
I certainly hope so, I could use the money as much as anyone else, and I certainly will chose my vote carefully come election time if I do not get a tax rebate. I may be old but I am not stupid. If you want to leave me out, fine come election time I will leave you out.

Do you have to file taxes if you make under $10,000?

Answers: For a single person, not a dependent of another and not subject to an "other tax" such as the 10% IRA penalty or S/E tax, the filing threshold is $8750 for 2007.

If married and not other taxes, THe threshhold is $17500.
As the other guy said it depends on your situation. Do you have any kids? If you do you must file taxes because you get credits.

You also have to look if you paid in any money. If you did them most likely you are going to get all that money back.
