Do not blame the receiver but the system. There are many empire undeserving of benefits and unlawfully claiming benefits meant for others. Blame also those Civil Servants who know the system is injust but do nought to highlight the problem as long as they are not the losers. some of those don't add up, Stories similar to these are always printed the the Sun or Daily Mail or report of the world and I question where on earth you got your info from. These papers do tend to sensationalise everything and it's not other true, or written in a just way.

Me and my husband went to H&R Block to profile our taxes and chose to get 1-2 hours of daylight RAC.The next light of day we called to gain our check and H&R Block said it was self held.They gave us an 800# to ring and see what it was anyone held for.It was for $797.00 childsupport arrearage. so I checked on the return this moring through the IRS information file and it said that my had be processed and that our remaining refund would be directly deposited into our reason on Feb 12,2008.I'm confused! Will the IRS send it to HNR Block or what? We never give the IRS our banking information.Does anyone own any answers?Answers: It Will Go Back To The Bank That You Applied For The Rac Loan With They Will Take There Fees And The H and R Block Will Receive The Check. I know for direct depositing, you fill out Form 8888 [i beleive anyway, it is one of those forms] so if you have filled this form out next to your tax preparer - next it would be directly depositied from the IRS. If you had not packed this form out, then it should not be directly deposited and you could contact IRS or your levy preparer to make sure it is not put into the wrong article.
But my guess, is that in one of the oodles forms you filled out at H&R Block, you bursting out this form.

Sounds like you are really messed up. It other seems that the relatives that need the reimbursement the most, always enjoy the problems. I would keep calling them, and ask to yak to a supervisor, get people's name too, till you are satisfied.
