Will the determining amount for the tax stimulus bag be based on the folks 2007 income or 2006? I am assuming 2007, because it is the most recent, but since IRS is in the middle of levy season I wasn't sure how that would work, since they won't have toll info on everybody until AprilAnswers: it will be based on 2007 - IRS have all the info it desires right now on you and whether or not you qualify.
I would influence it has to be base on 2006 , how does the criminal IRS know what type of deduction you might hold? If they are basing it soley on gross income consequently its a joke. To vote someone at 75k is not middle class .it really shows that basically the administration thinks if you own a job you are rich!
