Gas reimbursed to helper deductible?
I am part of a LLC and reimbursed gas to some helper for our store. The helpers be friends and did not get compensated wages, just gas. I am wondering if this is deductible, and if so, should I treat this as a 1099? ThanksAnswers: Unless you enjoy records of what be paid and to whom, it's merely lost money, wouldn't be deductible in any passageway.
If you have library, it's deductible.
If you do have files of how much was remunerated, and THEY don't have receipts for the gas you reimbursed them for, later it is wages for them.
Do yourself a favor, pay your helper a set wage (even if it's just $20 for 'gas'), and other keep accurate store, no matter how small the amounts.

Taxes are the slice of your income that goes to the rule. If you only worked for 3 months, you may own made little enough money to not own to file. If you do enjoy to, you can probably use the 1040 EZ form which is the easiest one to use. If you've claimed yourself as an exemption on your paycheck, and your parents claim you on their taxes, you may actually owe the senate money. Your parents or another responsible adult should be capable of help you out beside this.
