Answers: Not sure what you are referring to. If this was work doen on your business premises, then as long as you have proper documentation (invoices, or at least copies of cheques paid), it's a business expense.
If it's personal, there is no Canadian tax deduction for work done on your home.
If the contractor is painting at your business then YES, you just need to prove he did the work with a receipt.
If he's unlicensed I'll assume he won't take a cheque, but if he does then pay by cheque. It's probably a cash deal, so get a receipt from them and you can file it against your taxes. Remember, no reciept = no proof = big red flag.
Don't worry if he pockets the cash and doesn't declare it, that's not your problem.

The mound that made the RAL loan will go after her Ex for the full amount of the loan when they find out the child support have been deduct.

She'll get the refund- He can't carry RAL approval if he's flagged- Most companies verify info with IRS for approval from IRS- Otherwise, he'll freshly have to reward it back near interest like any other loan
I Agree With Elizabeth P She Is So Right. Hi Will Get denied For A Ral loan. Don't Except To Get The Money Right away Normally It take 6 Months To Receive His Return.. I Have Heard And Not A 100 % Sure It Is True But If The Ex Calls FMS And Gives Them Permisson To release The Money Earlier Then They May Send It To Your Wife Earlier. There Is Some Catches To This depending On his Filing Statues.
