Since my Level 6 account be deleted, do I still have need of to report those points to the IRS?

Answers: I would report them as a net wherewithal loss. That way you will bring back a bigger refund.
Are you conversation about runeye.com? I don't know how to break this to you, but the points aren't worth any money. And no you don't report them to the IRS.

Does anyone know how the H&R Block tariff loan works?

just wondering how the H&R Block import tax loan works. What is the interest and does it require a credit check? What are the specifics on it?

Answers: You don't really get a credit check, they will approve you as long as within are no holds on your tax compensation such as back taxes, student loans, child support etc. The interest rates are outrageous. 75% is recurrently charged. They only loan you the money for 8-10 days until your discount comes through and you often wage them 20 - 30% of your refund. Don't do it unless you hold no choice, the money only take 8 - 10 days with E file and direct deposit, you can usually wait.
Don't appropriate the loan unless you really need it. your return will be filed and you attain your check in around two to three weeks. Save the money they would charge for the loan and go out dinner.

Can I claim my brother as dependent when we live near our parents?

My brother is 19, attends school, doesn't/didn't form any income.
My dad's income is too low to provide full support for 3 persons. So I repay support for my brother. Also, I made more than what my dad made in 2007.
Tax accountant said me and my dad both can claim my brother. Is that true?

Answers: Tim's right that no more than one creature can claim another as a dependent. It MAY be the accountant meant any one of you (but not both) could claim your brother as a dependent.

If brother is a full-time student (for 5+ months in 2007) and does not earnings for more than half of his own support, consequently Dad or you (as both of you lived with him for more than partly the year) can claim him. If you both want to claim him and cannot agree which of you should do so, Dad will win under the IRS tie-breaker rules as he's the parent. Remember that Dad is providing shelter to your brother (fair souk value of rent and utilities...food) and that, a moment ago like brass, counts as support by another.

It really doesn't matter who provides the greater amt of support so long as brother is not supporting himself by partly or more.

Hope this helps.
Tax accountanat is WRONG. Only ONE personality can claim a dependant!

Get another tax accountant.
MG(a)cybtaxes have provided the only correct answer so far. I have started on this before his be posted but since it's already posted I'll leave it.

There appears to be a communications disconnect here. While both you and your father are ELIGIBLE to claim your brother underneath the Qualifying Child rule, only ONE of you may claim him. This is what your excise accountant must have designed; only the greenest neophyte would take this one wrong.

In this situation you should figure your taxes both ways and report whichever way works out best for the own flesh and blood unit as a undamaged.

Additionally if YOU paid more than partly of the cost of maintaining the home afterwards you may also file as Head of Household file status.

Depending upon your income you may also be able to claim the EIC. This is probably true for your Dad as economically, so you should run the numbers together and see what works best over all.
That's a really poor excuse for a levy accountant if he really said you can both claim your brother. It sounds like EITHER of you can, but not both. Two population can never claim the same dependent.
