0.00 paycheck.?
i make 4$ an hour and variety tip share. how do i figure out if im going to seize a pay check subsequent week (because last week i get a 0.00 dollar paycheck).. is there any opening in figure out how much my paycheck will be?Answers: By law you hold to make minimum wage. If you do not beside your tips, your company has to income you the difference. I would talk to your governor or the HR department. They owe you money.
A tip share will always be positive money, so when added to your hourly amount, your gross settle should always be positive...
$4 times the number of hours you work
+ the amount of tips (your share only)
Then you hold to subtract taxes and any insurance you have to pay cheque.
Your employer should be preparing a pay statement that you must be given to show how you get to zero. Some times nearby will be a charge for a whole month of insurance against 3 days of income, and this is really stupid.
You would enjoy to know how much you made in tips, how frequent hours you worked (to figure your total wages), how much is man held out in federal, state, social deposit and medicaid taxes. What happens is, adjectives of those taxes are taken out of your hourly wages, because they can't take taxes out of your dosh tips, so that's why you ended up beside a paycheck of zero.
I made a mistake on my state charge return and already file it...?
I did an online state return filing for 2007 and i get my refund of $202, but when my friend did me a state duty return and interviewed for the questions, he is competent to get me $262 (because i compensated rent for my room). Unfortunately i sent in my return and get my money... is there a channel for me to file again to obtain the other $60? 60 isn't much but it well worth it for me...Answers: You can record an ammendment. It's not very complicated. It's much easier if you used TurboTax or something approaching that, but you would just profile form 1040X. Go to your state's IRS website and search for 1040X or 1040 ammended.
your state should own a form for you to fill out an amended return.
look in their website and do a search for "2007 amended tariff return"
You can filed an amendment. I am not sure how you shift about doing it though. I hold heard it is rather easy though.
Can i claim my mileage on my tax returns as part of my work expense if i dont work from home.?
Answers: Yes you can. I do it every year.
You can't deduct commuting miles - that's the miles from your home to your main place of work, and back home at the end of the work day. If you are required to drive your personal car during your work day, you might be allowed to deduct those miles if you itemize.
